When an organization or authorized user submits a domain for infrastructure diagnostic via our 6-Gate Audit Engine, ADX processes public Internet routing records, SSL/TLS handshake certificates, SPF/DMARC records, and HTTP response headers. We do not inspect, intercept, store, or modify private payload contents. Diagnostic records are ephemeral and bound solely to your authenticated workspace.
All enterprise artificial intelligence queries executed through the ADX Intelligence division utilize dedicated private memory structures. Customer proprietary code, architectural secrets, and compliance records are never exposed to public LLM training datasets or multi-tenant pipelines.
Every user is entitled to full sovereign control over their records, including the right of access, rectification, data portability, and unconditional account deletion. Users can permanently purge their account and all associated telemetry records directly within the ADX Console at any time.
When you complete our Free NDPA and Security Readiness Check, we collect the submitted contact information (full name, business email, organization name, and industry sector) alongside your calculated readiness score and risk band. Individual question responses are evaluated client-side in real time to generate your indicative score and are not permanently retained. We use your contact details solely to deliver your diagnostic summary and coordinate relevant technical cybersecurity and NDPA compliance advisory services, in accordance with your explicit consent.
