Enterprise Terms of Service & Intellectual Property Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the corporate entity you represent) and ADX Group (“ADX”, “we”, “us”). Access to or use of adxgroup.tech, our perimeter telemetry consoles, autonomous AI systems, or diagnostic APIs constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. Trademark, Copyright & Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, source code, backend microservices, scoring rubrics, algorithmic telemetry pipelines, vector embeddings, documentation, design systems, visual interfaces, graphics, SVG crests, and branding on adxgroup.tech are the exclusive intellectual property of ADX Group and Founder Abdulrazaq Adeyemi, protected under Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

Registered & Common Law Trademarks: “ADX Group”, the ADX geometric crest emblem, “Silent Innovation. Absolute Defense.”, “AEGIS”, the 6-Gate Perimeter Health Diagnostic Engine, and all related distinctive logos are proprietary trademarks of ADX Group.

EXPRESS PROHIBITION OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USES

Any unauthorized use of ADX Group systems, intellectual property, or telemetry data is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You expressly agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

  • Scraping & Data Mining: Use any automated robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data-mining tool, script, or automated process to harvest, scrape, monitor, copy, or index ADX Group telemetry data, vulnerability scores, CVE intelligence matrices, or system records without our express prior written consent.
  • Reverse Engineering & Decompilation: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, probe, or attempt to derive source code, underlying algorithms, mathematical weightings of the 6-Gate Audit Engine, or private AI prompt architectures.
  • Mirroring, Framing & UI Replication: Frame, mirror, copy, republish, reproduce, duplicate, or create unauthorized proxies, clones, or derivative works of adxgroup.tech, the ADX Console, or any portion thereof.
  • Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation: Resell, sublicense, distribute, lease, transfer, or commercially exploit ADX Group security diagnostic reports, CVE findings, or remediation code without an executed ADX Enterprise Agreement.
  • Malicious Tampering & Adversarial Injections: Attempt to inject malicious payloads, SQL injections, adversarial prompt-injection strings against AEGIS neural assistants, launch Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, or circumvent API rate-limiting guardrails.
  • Impersonation & False Affiliation: Misrepresent your affiliation with ADX Group, use our trademarks in meta-tags or ad campaigns, or falsely imply ADX Group endorsement.

Enforcement & Legal Remedies: ADX Group actively monitors perimeter access logs. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of console access, permanent IP/domain blacklisting, and aggressive civil and criminal prosecution under the Nigerian Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015, the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the UK Computer Misuse Act, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

2. Scope of Authorized Defensive Diagnostic Use

ADX Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our public perimeter scanner solely for evaluating the public Internet posture of domains owned or operated by your organization, or for legitimate defensive research. You represent and warrant that your queries do not violate any applicable domestic or international telecommunications laws.

3. Zero-Trust Gateway & Account Responsibility

Console users are strictly responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and session tokens. ADX Group utilizes PBKDF2-SHA256 cryptographic password hashing and tokenized sessions. You agree to notify us immediately at security@adxgroup.tech if you detect any unauthorized access to your workspace.

4. Service Level Agreement & Disclaimer

ADX Group targets a 99.99% architecture uptime SLA. However, perimeter diagnostics are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for engineering reconnaissance. While our 6-Gate engine verifies active TLS handshakes, DMARC records, and 2026 CVE attack vectors, organizations remain responsible for verifying and applying remediation diffs within their respective change management windows.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international intellectual property treaties, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abuja, Nigeria, or international commercial arbitration tribunals.
